Abstract/Citation
Section 7 amends ss. 1 (as amended by Act 459/2009), 9 ss. 1 (as amended by Act 305/2004) and 10 ss. 3 respecting data in the register, removal of data from the register and disclosure of data from the register.
Introduces a new section 3b respecting the use and comparison of fingerprint data in the register for applications.
