Abstract/Citation
Provides for punishments for spying, hacking, piracy and publishing materials deemed to damage 'public morality' or to be a 'dissemination of lies'.
Article 18, inter alia, provides for imprisonment up to two years and a fine up to 5.000.000 Rials for anyone found guilty of 'disseminating false information likely to agitate public opinion'.
