Abstract/Citation
The Declaration confirms the binding power of the United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities in Poland as from its entry into force on the 25th October 2012 excluding par. 23 al.1(a) which is to be applied as soon as relevant Polish regulations are amended.
