The Regulation sets out the following rules:
1) adaptation intern program for foreigners applying for the right to practice as a nurse or midwife;
2) manner and procedure of placement and final examination;
3) detailed scope of reference of professional nurses and midwives in the period of apprenticeship; and
4) conditions to be met by therapeutic entity in which the intern program takes place.
