Amends and supplements the Penal Code.
Repeals the following laws and articles:
- Law of 22 May 2002 on Narcotic Drugs, Psychotropic Substances, their Precursors (Natsionalnii Reyestr Pravavix Aktov (NRPA) Respubliki Belarus, 2002, No. 59, 2/851);
- Article 40 of the Law of 29 June 2006 to Amend and Supplement the Law Concerning the Licensing of Certain Types of Activity and Repealing some Legal Acts of the Republic of Belarus (NRPA Respubliki Belarus, 2006, No. 107, 2/1235);
- Article 2 of the Law of 20 December 2007 to Amend and Supplement Certain Acts of the Law on Illegal Trafficking of Drugs, Psychotropic Substances and Precursors (NRPA Respubliki Belarus, 2008, No. 1, 2/1388);
- Article 13 of the Law of 24 December 2007 to Amend and Supplement Certain Provisions of the Law on Pharmaceutical Benefits (NRPA Respubliki Belarus, 2008, No. 3, 2/1396);
- Article 9 of the Law of 28 December 2009 to Amend and Supplement Certain Laws of the Republic of Belarus (NRPA Respubliki Belarus, 2010, No. 5, 2/1630);
- Article 4 of the Law of 28 December 2009 to Amend and Supplement Certain Provisions of the Law on Transportation of Goods Across the Customs Border of the Republic of Belarus (NRPA Respubliki Belarus, 2010, No. 6, 2/1645).
