Abstract/Citation
Determines conditions and means of exploitation of mine reserves, construction and maintenance of mining objects, specific qualifications needed for employment, projects and plans, supervisions and protection measures.
Repeals the Law on Mining ("Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia" No. 10/95, 18/95, 10/98, 63/02, 69/02, 86/03 and 75/10) except for the provisions of Art. 60, 60a. and 60b, which remain in force until the adoption and entry into force of the new Law on Concessions.
