Article I. Amendments to the Federal Act concerning holiday and severance pay regulations for workers in the construction industry. Provisions relating to the additional leave for shift work.
Article II. Amendments to the Construction Workers Bad Weather Compensation Act 1957. Adds heat to the bad weather conditions, the Construction Workers Leave and Severance Pay Fund should establish criteria to measure bad weather conditions.
