Lag (2012:355) om ändring i fartygssäkerhetslagen (2003:364).
Abstract/Citation
Amends chapter 7, article 7 (new title), chapter 9 article1 concerning expulsion from Swedish port, prohibition to enter Swedish port and provisions concerning immediate enforcement of a decision.
Introduces a new article 8a to chapter 5 concerning ship certificate during the time of inspection and inspection in port.
