Laki (794/2012) työntekijän eläkelain (395/2006) muuttamisesta.
Amends section 11, 13 ss.1, 16 ss.1, 16 ss.5, 52 ss.2 and 194 concerning retirement pension entitlement, starting date for retirement, right to partial retirement, change from disability pension to old age pension, employers' right to obtain information. Section 11 as partially amended by Act 634/2009, section 13 ss.1 as amended by Act 909/2010, section 16 ss.1 as amended by Act 627/2009 and section 52 ss.2 as amended by Act634/2009.

Repeals section 12 ss.2 and ss.3.
