Laki (796/2012) merimieseläkelain (1290/2006) muuttamisesta.
Amends section 8 ss.4, 12, 13 ss.1, 16 ss.1, 16 ss.5, 52 ss.2 and 218 concerning the right to retirement pension, consequences of the lowered retirement age in some situations, starting date for retirement pension, right to partial retirement pension, change from disability pension to old age pension, employers' right to receive information. Section 13 ss.1 as amended by Act 911/2010, section 16 ss.1 as amended by Act 629/2009 and section 52 ss.2 as amended by Act 635/2009.

Repeals section 8 ss.3, 11 ss.2 and ss.3.
