Second Region

Within the framework of implementation of Article 123 of the Constitution (continuous improvement of the business environment), this Law aims at reducing the role of the Government in the economy, providing guarantees for investments and empowering the private sector.
According to Article 2, the Government is to review the opinions of the Chamber of Commerce,as well as employers and workers and, if needed, shall hold meetings with them.
