Amends various regulations concerning simplification of regulatory framework for admission, transfer and elimination of combined insurance and education allowance in the following acts:

- Consolidation (No. 838 of 2011) of the Unemployment Insurance Act.
- Consolidation (No. 710 of 2011) of the Active Employment Promotion Act.
- Supplementary Labour Market Pension Act (No. 942 of 2009).
- Act (No. 656 of 2011) on legal Protection and Administration in the social sector.
