Amends, inter alia, Labour Code of Belarus supplementing article 47 with a new para 6 on termination of employment contract with employee in case of not signing by him/her duty of non-disclosure of trade secrets; rephrases para 10 of article 53 (duties of workers); also supplements article 55 (duties of employers in organization of work of employees) with new para 161 on creating necessary conditions for workers to keep in compliance with the required regime of trade secrets.
