Abstract/Citation
This regulation defines provisions on licensing consultants for labour relations with the aim to attract the private sector interest in the development and popularisation of labour relations culture, to establish a systematic mechanism, to monitor labour relations consultants, to establish precedents in consultation on issues relevant to the labour law and to reduce visits of employees and employers to agencies and other social authorities.
