Abstract/Citation
Regulations requiring the notification and marking of sites where there is a total quantity of 25 tonnes or more of dangerous substances. For the purposes of the Regulations, "dangerous substance" means any substance which is dangerous for conveyance within the meaning of the Classification, Packaging and Labelling of Dangerous Substances Regulations 1984.
