Second Region

On the basis of article 33 of the law "On Health Protection", approves the attached Regulation on the Procedure of Holding the Expertise of Temporary Working Disability defining the general provisions-namely the definition of temporary working disability, the period and expertise thereof (Chapter I); also the organization of the expertise with the detailed list of cases subjected to the expertise such as, inter alia, need for child care, care for a sick family member, conduction of medical expertise of the patient and directing him/her to another place or other country to get necessary medical care by the decision of the expertise commission, also child birth, adoption of a child.
