Abstract/Citation
Partially transposes directives of the European Union, including the Directive of the European Parliament and Council Directive 96/71 / EC of 16 December 1996 concerning the posting of workers in the framework of the provision of services (OJ L. 18 of 21. 1. 1997, p. 1).
Regulates conditions and procedures, obtaining and renewing work permits, seasonal work permits and obligations of employers, cross-border movement of persons within affiliated companies, service provision by companies established in EU, EEA and Switzerland, supervisory bodies, data collection and penal provisions.
