The following regulations are repealed upon entry into force of Regulation 33/2021:

a. Regulation of the Minister of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries Number PER.07/MEN/2011 concerning the Quality Standard System for Education and Training, Examinations, and Certification of Seafarers for Fishing Vessels (State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Year 2011 Number 102);
b. Regulation of the Minister of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries Number 1/PERMEN-KP/2013 concerning Monitors aboard Fishing Vessels and Fish Transporting Vessels (State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Year 2013 Number 307), specifically related to Monitoring;
c. Regulation of the Minister of Marine Affairs and Fisheries Number 48/PERMEN-KP/2014 concerning Fishing Log Book (State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia of 2014 Number 1618); and
d. Regulation of the Minister of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries Number 42/PERMEN-KP/2016 concerning Sea Work Agreements for Crews of Fishing Vessels (State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Year 2016 Number 1825),
