Second Region

El decreto en cuestión establece las contravenciones personales en el ejercicio del trabajo por cuenta propia, las sanciones, medidas aplicables a los infractores, las autoridades facultadas para imponerlas y las vías para resolver las inconformidades que se presenten. El decreto se estructura de la siguiente manera:
-CAPÍTULO I: DISPOSICIONES GENERALES
-CAPÍTULO II: DE LAS SANCIONES Y MEDIDAS A IMPONER
-CAPÍTULO III: DE LAS CONTRAVENCIONES PERSONALES Y SANCIONES APLICABLES

-CAPÍTULO V: DEL PAGO DE LAS MULTAS
-DISPOSICIÓN ESPECIAL
-DISPOSICIONES FINALES.
