Regulates the salaries and allowances of elected officials, holders of executive functions and advisers in the legislative and executive authorities in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, civil servants and employees in the civil service bodies of the Federation, attorneys general, judicial police officers and prison policemen-guards in the penitentiary institutions of the Federation.
