Amends the Industrial Disputes Act to reduce delays in the hearing and disposal of labour dispute cases. Amendments relate to the procedure for application and proceedings before the labour tribunal; appeals to the High Court on questions of law, appeals to the Supreme Court, applications to the Court of Appeal, time-limits on proceedings, payment of security on determination of appeal or application and incidental matters.
