This Constitution is divided into 9 Parts. Part III provides for protection of fundamental rights and freedoms of the individual. Part VI concerns the Judicature. Other Parts are entitled National Sovereignty and the State, Citizenship, the Executive, the Legislature, Finance, and Service Commissions. Consolidated version available.
