Second Region

Provides for the establishment of a Mining and Quarrying Industries Wages Council. The order applies to all workers whose minimum rate of remuneration does not exceed $150 per week, and who are employed in any undertaking or any part of an undertaking engaged in a mining and quarrying process. Excludes any undertaking operated by Government or local authority. Made under the Wages Council Act.
