Contains some principles of social integration of the disabled. Lays down medical, vocational and social rehabilitation for disabled persons and their medical, social and technical services. Makes provisions for development, education and vocational guidance for the disabled, and their integration into work. Contains organizational guarantees for the social integration of the disabled.
