Abstract/Citation
Amends the Asbestos Decree Labour circumstances Law concerning the protection of employees against the risks of exposure to asbestos in the working place (European Community indication of 19 September 1983 - Pb EG 1983 L 263). The danger of exposure for workers should be tested and judged at regular intervals. Stocking up on asbestos containing materials should in principle be forbidden. Repair or maintenance work on asbestos, including destruction or removal of asbestos, shall continue to be allowed, provided the labour hygiene measures are strictly followed.
