The basic policy is formulated pursuant to Articles 2-6 of the Law respecting employment promotion of disabled persons, etc. (Law No. 123 of 1960). Includes employment trends of disabled persons, basic measures for comprehensive vocational rehabilitation, employment management measures taken by employers and measures for employment promotion and stability of disabled persons.
