Abstract/Citation
Inserts a new Chapter 11d relating to partial retirement wage. Partial retirement wage is applicable to workers between the age of 60 and 66 who reduce their working hours. To be entitled to partial retirement wage, the worker must be a member of a recognized unemployment fund and be paid for reduced hours of work. To receive partial retirement wage, the worker must remain in employment and work reduced hours (the period when the worker receives cash sickness benefit or is on paid leave shall be equivalent to employment).
