Second Region

Defines collective agreement (main or exclusive object is regulation of conditions of employment to be taken into consideration in individual labour contracts). Regulates the competence of employers' or employees' associations to enter into a collective agreement. Deals with claims and obligations chargeable to associations and their members as a result of the collective agreement (inter alia, any stipulation in a labour contract contrary to the provisions of such agreement by which both employer and employee are bound shall be null and void). Contains provisions relating to the termination of a collective agreement through course of time or notice.
