Abstract/Citation
Amends the Federal Subcontracting Act (BGBl. No. 462/1993) regarding the award of government construction contracts to private companies. In relation to this, also amends the Foreigner Employment Act (BGBl No. 218 of 1975) by stipulating that the Minister of Labour and Social Affairs notify government employers whether a prospective subcontractor has violated the Act. For this purpose, the Minister shall maintain an automated registry of firms convicted for violations of foreigner employment legislation.
