Abstract/Citation
This Act amends section 7.10 on parental leave in the Workers Agreement ("arbeidsovereenkomst") of the Civil Code ("Burgerlijk Wetboek"). A new definition of eligibility is provided for employees who are parents or legal guardians of a child. Futhermore, the time frame for eligibility is also redefined as well as the amount of time for which parental leave is given.
