Abstract/Citation
Amends the Social Welfare (Consolidation) Act 1993. Sets forth new rates of contributions and payments, and amends provisions regarding assessment of means, disability benefit, blindness benefit, payment in respect of loss of purchasing power, and public service data. Substitutes Chapter 3 of Part III regarding pre-retirement allowance. Also makes amendments to several other social security texts.
