Amends provisions of the Social Security Act 1964 regarding application of work test requirements, delayed application of work test requirements, obligations to accept an offer of employment, and sanctions for failure to accept an offer of suitable employment or failure to participate in an organized activity (i.e. a job interview or vocational training programme provided for by the Act).
