Second Region

Provides that non-payment of more than two months' salary, pension, scholarship or benefit by the manager of an enterprise, institution or organization shall be punished by a fine of 100 to 200 times the amount of the minimum wage or suspension of activity for a maximum of five years, or imprisonment for a maximum of two years. Repealed by Labour Code of 30 December 2001.
