Entitles providers for disabled and seriously ill children to benefits from the national insurance system. Made under Act No. 118 of 1993 on social assistance as amended through Act No. 152 of 1995. It repeals Regulation No. 150 of 1992 on financial aid for those providing for handicapped and sick children.
