Abstract/Citation
Sets out the tasks, basic principles, and scope of application of the Criminal Law. Chapter 3 addresses punishments, including, inter alia, the death penalty (s. 5) and deprivation of political rights (s. 7). S. 7 defines political rights as including the right to freedom of speech, freedom of assembly and freedom of association.
