Abstract/Citation
Provides that decisions of Deciding Officers on claims shall be set out in writing, and where the decision is unfavourable to the claimant, the reasons for the decision will be recorded. In the case of a decision on insurability, the decision and the reasons for the decision will be given to all parties who are subject to the decision. The regulations also revise the circumstances in which a person is to be regarded as being a separated spouse for the purpose of entitlement to One-Parent Family Payment.
