Dispositions concerning the prerequisites for recognition of refugees, their rights and obligations, and the Refugees Authority. During the provisional sojourn the applicant has the right to free movement in the Republic's territory, the right to free medical and pharmaceutical care in case of need, the right to apply for employment or social assistance, and the right to have access to educational facilities.
