Abstract/Citation
The agreement - concluded between the Institute of pension and disability insurance of Mostar, the Social Fund for pension and disability insurance of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Public fund for pension and disability insurance of the Republika Srpska - provides for partition of obligations in the payment of pensions, calculation of pension qualifying periods, and, inter alia, determination of rights to disability and survivors benefits.
