Stipulates minimum wage level at one hundred and eighty thousand (180,000) Dong per month applicable to employees working in enterprises operating under the Law on State Owned Enterprises and enterprises operating under the Law on Enterprises. Also makes provision for contributions and entitlements to social and health insurance.
