Federal Law which creates the Federal Law on the Pension for the Austrian Railways-employees, and amends: the Law on the Service of Civil Servants 1979, the Law on Salary 1956, the Pension Law 1965, the Law on Additional Allowances, the Law on the Judicial Service, the Law on the Service of Teachers 1984, the Law on the Service of Teachers in Agriculture and Forestry 1985, the Law on the Pension within the Federal Theater, the Law on the Partial Pension, the Law on the Constitutional Court, the Federal Law on Special Regulations for Organised Institutions for Allocated Civil Servants, the Law on Postal Structure, and the Law on the Federal Railways 1992.

The Law on Civil Servants 1979 is amended with regard to retirement, the Law on Salary 1956 is amended with regard to claims in case of prevention of work, the Law on Pension 1965 is amended with regard to income, and widows, the Law on Additional Allowances is amended with regard to pensions-contributions, the Law on the Judicial Service is amended with regard to retirement, the Law on the Service of Teachers is amended with regard to retirement, the Law on the Service of Teachers in Agriculture and Forestry 1985 is amended with regard to retirement, the Law on Pension of the Federal Theater is amended with regard to income and retirement, the Law on Partial Pension is amended with regard to dates of birth and pensions, the Law on the Constitutional Court is amended with regard to pensions, the Law on Special Regulations for Institutions for Allocated Civil Servants is amended with regard to holidays, the Law on the Postal Structure is amended with regard to contributions, and the Law on the Federal Railways 1992 is amended with regard to pension-contributions. The Law also creates a Law on the Pension of Civil Servants of the Austrian Federal Railways, which regulates all aspects of pensions, such as the pension itself, widows, and pension contribution.
