Abstract/Citation
Applies to all employees in the service of the Republic and Local Government, and to members of the Teachers Service Commission. Provides for mimimum wage, and regulates wage of casual employees. Also makes provision for payment of overtime, weekly rest days, public holidays, monthly wage, and fringe benfits. Made under the Regulation of Wages and Terms of Empolyment Ordinance. Revokes Regulation of Wages and Terms of Employment Order 1996.
