Chapter I sets forth general duties of employers concerning provision of appropriate equipment and training, and supervision. Chapter II deals with duties of employers regarding safety in loading and unloading goods in general, and Chapter with employer's duties regarding loading and unloading of dangerous goods. Chapter IV regulates duties of employers concerning safety in the work of loading and unloading of goods in dangerous areas. Finally, Chapter 5 sets forth standards concerning personnal safety protection.
