Amends ss. 2(2) (duty for person not member of insurance scheme to become member if she/he is a petroleum worker) and 2(4) (applicability of European Council Directives Nos. 1408/71 and 574/72 to workers encompassed by these Directives and involved in petroleum extraction or other petroleum activities) of the National Insurance Act. Adds section 1(b) (applicability of European Directives Nos. 1408/71 and 574/72 to petroleum workers) to the Children's Insurance Act.
