Amends section 55A(2) (prohibition for employer to discriminate against job seekers and list of discrimination grounds, i.e., race, colour, ethnic or national origin, sexual orientation and disability) and adds section 55A(4-6) (job seeker believing to be discriminated against may ask employer for written information on employment practice and qualifications possessed by employed persons, burden of proof on employer if job seeker can prove circumstances liable to prove discrimination, and compensation for job seeker if employer has acted against the discrimination prohibition).
