Contains 22 sections respecting, inter alia, the aim of the Act (s. 1), its field of application (ss. 2-3), the duty of authorities to promote equal treatment (s. 4), improvement of the conditions of employment and education of persons with physical handicap (s. 5), prohibition to discriminate on grounds of age, ethnic or national origin, nationality, language, religion, conviction, opinion, state of health, physical handicap, sexual orientation or any other ground concerning his or her person (s. 6), acts that are not to be considered discriminatory (s. 7), prohibition of reprisals (s. 8), indemnification (s. 9), changes of discriminatory contractual conditions (s. 10), supervision (s. 11), advice, recommendations, reconciliation, etc. (s. 12), tasks of and complaints to the Discrimination Board (ss. 13-15), complaints to court (ss.16-17), and rules on penalty (s. 20).
