Prohibits the employment of children below 18 years of age in an undertaking which is hazardous or deleterious in nature (section 2).
Enumerates the work and activities declared hazardous (section 3).
Provides that this Guideline is applicable to Domestic or Household Service (section 4).
Repeals the Department order No. 4 of 8 June 1973.
