Comprehensive legislation relating to immigration in Samoa, divided into 11 Parts. Part 1 provides the preliminary provisions. Part 2 deals with entry and departure. Part 3 concerns entry permits. Part 4 regulates the cancellation of entry permits. Part 5 concerns departure prohibition orders. Part 6 sets forth who is a prohibited immigrant. Part 7 governs deportation. Part 8 concerns employment in Samoa. [This Part has since been repealed by the Labour and Employment Relations Act, 2013 (No. 7 of 2013)]. Part 9 sets forth the duty and jurisdiction of courts. Part 10 deals with transit passenger provisions. Part 11 contains miscellaneous provisions. Repeals the Immigration Act 1966.
