Second Region

Establishes the first category pursuant to section 11 of the Merchant Shipping Act 1988. That Act enables Orders in Council to establish categories of registry by reference to which the registration of ships in the relevant overseas territories may be regulated. The Order permits unlimited registration in Bermuda and the Isle of Man.
