Second Region

This Act shall regulate the method of adjustment of the minimum wage, to which persons in full-time employment are entitled, the amount of the minimum wage for the work carried out in the period from 1 August 2006 until 31 July 2007, and the guaranteed minimum wage as from 1 August 2006 onwards. The minimum wage shall be fixed on a monthly basis; a lower amount may only be paid for part-time employment and proportionally to the time worked.
