It amends:
- Article 5 of the basic law concerning the contribution percentages;
- Article 6 concerning the return of contributions to salaried persons;
- Article 13 concerning contribution percentages;
- Article 16 concerning contribution percentages;
- Article 25 concerning retirement pensions;
- Article 32 concerning the unemployment benefit;
- Article 36 concerning those salaried persons who do not satisfy the conditions for retirement pension;
- Article 39 concerning those who have lost relatives;
- Articles 69 and 71 related to the national money reserves;
- The third table of the basic law concerning the contribution preconditions for retirement pension and invalidity benefits;
- The fourth table of the basic law concerning retirement pension and invalidity benefits.

Entry dates region

    Date of entry into force
    2009-04-06
    Articles 2 and 3 will enter into force on April 1, 2009; Articles 6, 7, 8, 9, 12 and 13 on January 4, 2010
